Early Stages
As lead designers, we were involved in all stages of the design from discovery to final production. We met with the client in the early stages and we discussed their vision, personas, and collaboratively did research on the market and competitors. We wrote the script for initial user interviews to validate the need for the project, and the client took charge of interviewing users.
Data Driven
After the discovery stage we started by documenting the important flows and started wire-framing. After the wireframes were done, we helped write a usability script which we tested on over 20 users in usertesting.com.
Conclusion
After analyzing and iterating based on the valuable feedback from the testing sessions we moved on to finishing the hi-fidelity design and got the product ready for dev handoff.
